INTERNATIONAL REHAU TRAINEE pROGRAM

In 2008, REHAU invested more than30 million U.S. dollars for the new plant Taicang Economy Development Area;besides, REHAU China has sales office in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, HongKong, Chengdu, Xian, and Shenyang. At present, REHAU has around 550 employeesin China.

YOUR DUTIES:

You will be part of a recently initiated REHAU project focusing on furniturecomponents. First you will undergo our 12 months International REHAUTrainee program within a group of commercial and technical trainees. Theprogram prepares you with local and international assignments to differentdepartments of our furniture division and training weeks for demanding futuretasks. During this time you will be based in our Corporate Headquarters inRehau, Germany or other locations in Europe or in Asia according to futuredevelopment direction.

Your future development directions will be:

I: product development, technology application, or

II: Manufacturing process development, daily productionprocess support.

After the trainee program you will work at REHAU Taicang plant.

Our trainee program starts at the beginning of 2017.

YOUR pROFILE:

With excellent academic performance you need have graduated with a master`sdegreein polymerMaterial Engineering no later than February 2017. In addition,youneedhave completed relevant internships experience in multinationalcorporation, preferably in the polymer related area.

We are looking for dedicated, achievement-oriented, and outgoingapplicants with the ability to handle multiple environments andresponsibilities, set priorities, and respond positively to demandingsituations. A high degree of the readiness to work in a challenging anddemanding project environment are central requirements. The position demands excellentEnglish language skills, and additional basic knowledge in German is a plus.
