1.Field Application Engineer(FAE) 现场应用工程师

promote MpS products to customers’ RD team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system

Responsibilities:

uTechnical support to key customers on MpS products and help customers to solve the issues

uDesign the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution

uConduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales

uFeedback information to Marketing Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition

Requirements:

uStrong technical knowledge of products

uAbility to take initiative in problem solving

uGood interpersonal skills

uAdaptability- ability to meet changed condition

uStrong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit

uFluent English (both written and spoken)

2.Application Engineer(AE) 应用工程师

Responsibilities:

uWork with design engineers, field applications and marketing teamto define and debug analog IC products

uEvaluate new products and generate reports

uDevelop application reference circuits

uWrite datasheets, application notes, design notes

uprovide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers

Requirements:

uMSEE or equivalent

uWithhardware implementation skills

uWith ability ofanalyzing complex analog and power electronic circuit

uExcellent communication, writing and presentation skills

uFluent communication skills in English

uExperience in a power industry or power management IC company will be better

3.Software Engineer（SE）软件工程师

Responsibilities:

uDesign debug an new MpS Design Software

uUpdate and maintain MpS popular Design Software

Requirements:

uFamiliar with VS2010,Experience on software design with C# will be better

uFamiliar with NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ and Firmware will be great

uFamiliar with photoshop, dreamwavor, Illustrator will be better

uGood communication/ writing and presentation skills in English

uGood team player

4.Design Engineer (DE) 设计工程师

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for power Management products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: op amps, comparators, interface circuits, voltage references, ADCs, DACs, delay elements, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms. products to be designed include charge pumps, switching regulators, linear regulators, display drivers, and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, pDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment.Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision.

Responsibilities:

uproduct definition and process choice

uCircuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level

uSimulation

uLayout supervision

uDo evaluation after wafer out

uHelp test engineer finish test program

5.Failure Analysis Engineer(FA) 失效分析工程师

The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professionalFA techniques. Once the failure root causehas been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the relative department to solve the issue and take action to prevent it happen again.

Responsibilities:

uSupport RD (New Design/process/package development)

uSupport Internal products yield enhancement

uCustomer’s failure analysis

Requirements:

uMaster degree (Semiconductor and micro-electronics Tech)

uGood knowledge of analog circuit, device, semiconductor IC manufacture process, etc.

uStrong in analytical and communication skills(both verbal and writtenEnglish)

uSelf-motivated, responsibility, goal-oriented and able to work in a team environment

6.Device Engineer(TD) 器件工程师

Help the Technology Development to develop the next generation of MpS manufacturing processes, and to maintain good yield and reliability of existing processes.

Responsibilities:

uprocess, device, and circuit simulation

uSemiconductor device design and layout of test structures

uBench characterization of wafer-level and packaged devices

uDesign of process experiments and analysis and interpretation of the results

uDebugging of process and device problems using electrical test data and physical FA

uDocumentationof all results and conclusions in clearly written reports

Requirements:

uGood written and spoken English

uGood organization and documentation skills to ensure projects stay on schedule

uKnowledge of most of the following: semiconductor device operation; wafer fabrication; semiconductor packaging; semiconductor characterization; process and device simulation

uAbility to define experiments, analyze experimental data, and make conclusions

7.product Engineer (pE) 产品工程师

New product development and production support

Responsibilities:

uNew product Development: Evaluation, Qualification and Release new products

uLeader of the new product development team including DE, FAB, TE, Assembly, AE, FA

uSupport customer issues

Requirements:

uGood knowledge on Semiconductor, MSEE or equivalent

uGood communication, writing and presentation skills

uGood English skills (verbal and written)

uHave product engineer experience is a plus

8.Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师

Responsibilities:

uRequire strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts

uDesign component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits

uDevelop test solutions for clearly defined projects (limited in complexity, with precedents available)

uUse high speed, DSp based, state of the art automatic test equipment (ATE)

uInvolved in all phases of product development: design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, correlation, characterization and production release

uOrganize assignments and schedules time to complete assigned projects within an established timeline

uCommunicate with others to solve routine problems and express ideas in a group setting

Requirements:

uMSEE or equivalent

uStrong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts

uFamiliar with C/C++ language programming and debugging

uGood English skills (verbal and written),CET-6 or above

uFast learning and good problem-solving skills

uWorking experience on Analog / Mixed Signal IC testing is a plus

9.Application Engineer(AE) 应用工程师

Responsibilities:

10.Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Responsibilities:

uDispose responsible products on hold lots daily;

uLow yield product analysis and yield improvement of responsible products

uResponsible product quality improvement

uMask change qualification

uFab transfer qualification

uResponsible for products cost reduction related engineering work, such as bond wire reduction, Cu wire qualification and pBL removal

uprovide supports for other groups and customers in a timely manner

uDevelop solutions to clearly defined problems (limited in complexity, with precedents available)

Requirements:

uMSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering

uBasic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process

uSelf motivated, strong ability for team work

uGood communications skills for both verbal and writing in English

11.production Test Engineer(pTE) 生产测试工程师

This position is set to sustain wafer sort production and final test production, solve production test issue to improve test quality, yield and efficiency etc.

Responsibilities:

uDispose production on hold lots

uSupport test floor’s day-to-day issues (test systems, handlers and product)

uSolve some simple test SW or HW issues, complete the released paperwork

uFT/WS new product release and product transfer

uperform other jobs assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

uElectrical Engineering or equivalent

uUnderstanding ASL-1000 and Eagle tester operations

uFamiliar with C/C++ programming

uFundamental electronic theory

uGood communication skill in English and Chinese

12.product Engineer Assistant(pEA) 助理产品工程师

Responsibilities:

uWork closely with product Development to launch spinoff products

uplanning and performing product testing based on the product qualification procedure to ensure product meets all customer specifications

uLead key initiatives to improve product performance

uInterface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues

uAssist customers in product usage issues

Requirements:

uBachelor degree or above

uHave good semiconductor knowledge including process, package circuitry

uSelf-motivated and able to work independently

uGood communication skill and Good written and oral English

uAbility to work with minimal supervision, multi-task

uCreative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking

uAbility to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment

uHave product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred

13.Application Engineer Assistant(AEA) 助理应用工程师

Responsibility：

uAssistant AE in product road test and customer support;

uRevision part’s road test and customer support;

uBe familiar with product function, feature and application;

uAssistant AE in issue analysis and circuit debugging during the project;

uWrite test report and file archive;

uproject status management.

Requirement：

uElectronic technology and related;

uBasic electronic topology and principle background;

uBasic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation;

uGood English reading and writing ability, CET-4 is a must;

uAssociate degree and above;

uBetter with work experience in electronic field.

14.pQC Engineer(pQC) 工艺质量工程师

This position is responsible for customer quality issue, and supporting all customer related items

Responsibility：

uContinuously improve the quality controlling in production test floor by work together with test floor staff

uDeveloping, reviewing and optimizing the in line inspection and in line auditing specification to improve the effectiveness and efficiency by studying the previous accumulated data

uDispose the on hold lots daily

uWorking on complex quality issues by joining MRB meeting, 8D team that from cross function groups

Requirement：

uBS or equivalent majored in Semiconductor or electronic engineering

uHave basic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process

uBasic project managerial skills, Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistics skills

uFluent English and communication, presentation skill

15.IT Software Engineer（ISE）IT软件工程师

Responsibilities:

uDesign reports using Crystal Report and MS SQL reporting service

uSupport Train application users

uDesign workflow using flow platform

uDiagnose, identify and fix complex system problems independently

uSupport business application independently

uInvestigation/fixing and clearing of bugs in systems

uConsult to business users

uproduce technical documentation

uMaintain end-user documentation and support training efforts

uImplementing new modules and upgrade new releases

uFully participate as a member of a project team

uproject implementation

Requirements:

uBachelor degree in related subject: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Management etc.

uKnowledge of C# or other B/S languages and one of databases: Oracle, SQL server, MYSQL； MES，ERp, CRM, or related MIS experience will be preferred

uGood team work and communicate effectively with peers and end-users

uGood reading and writing skills in English. Good spoken English skill will be preferred
